Most of the gypsum plastering materials available in the market today are subjected to numerous quality tests so that when they dry, they become like cement. There are no cracks or crevices. Based on BS 874: 1973 appendix-c testing, it has been found that gypsum plaster has a high degree of heat resistance, thereby reducing energy consumption. Like the cement plastering on the wall surface where gypsum plaster is used, it does not need to be watered as it is re-watered to get more firmness.
